Hello everyone,

On Sunday 21st of September Kat and I are running a tough mudder.  We are doing it to raise money for an amazing cause, The Samaritans. They help so many people, not only those with suicidal thoughts but also families and friends of those who have committed suicide. In the UK there were 6,507 suicides recorded, not only does suicide influence those who kill themselves but it sends shock waves through the community. I hope you will realise the imperative nature of this charity and donate.
