The Big Salute supports some great causes and is at the heart of a lot of what our Forces Radio BFBS teams do in their communities overseas.
In the UK, we're hoping to 'do our bit' to show some solidarity and more importantly - and with your help - to swell those coffers!

I'm joining a bunch of colleagues, all of whom are supreme athletes (cough!) and although I'll struggle to keep up - and will possibly be the one with the wobbly legs, crying, just a mile from the start line - my competitive spirit (again, cough!) drives me to take the moral high ground by raising a stack of cash... and that's where you come in!

For me, it's a voyage of self-discovery...hopefully not including shredded calf muscles and exploding Achilles. For you, it's a coupla quid, a smile and a scroll on. I thank you in advance!
