Hi everyone,

I have been running for the past seven years and this beautiful practice has changed my life for the better. Being able to run outdoors all around London has helped me appreciate the importance of clean air and access to nature.

I'm raising funds for the Ella Roberta Family Foundation who are doing amazing work to ensure clean air in the UK. The Foundation is named after Ella Roberta, a talented and loved child, who died from air pollution in Lewisham, London.  Air pollution in London is a serious issue and has life changing health impacts for people. Every child, every person deserves to breathe clean air. It is a gift to be alive and more so to live a healthy life.
