Hi, I'm Marj and I am dipping in the sea November to March to raise funds for Adventure Therapy. We  joined with them last summer, and this is giving more opportunities for our families and young people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). As well as developing our young adult group, Adventure Therapy means we are able to create more inclusive social situations and more challenging activities to fulfill all the potential of these great young people. So far I have not frozen to death and completed 7 swims,  only 3 to go!
