I am planning two coast to coast events this year to help support the Alzheimer's Society.  The first crossing is 196 miles by bike across the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales from Whitehaven to Scarborough in July.  The second is a 105 mile triathlon across Scotland from  Nairn to Loch Leven in September.  Both events are organised by Rat Race.
