Hi all thank you for taking the time to look at my page. Well my wife has volunteered me again! She has put my name forward to abseil the "Titan Crane" - lucky old me! I have 4 kids Marie 13, David 11, Michael 5 and the baby Sean 2, they all keep me on my toes. When Sean was born we were a little shocked to say the least but received a lot of support and attended lots of fun events through the Down Syndrome Association and this is my way of saying thanks. Oh well I better go and try work out a bit.
