Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, on September 11th this year, I will be taking part in the  "Paras 10", it is a 10 mile cross country race carrying a bergen (rucksack) weighing 35lb (excluding food water), in 1hr 50 mins or less, we are hoping to shave some time off this?

I will be taking part as one member of a team of four to raise money for our injured troops. 2 members are Military & 2 of the team are civilians (one ex 3 Para) they work in London. I am their trainer hopefully we will do well?

PLEASE sponsoring me (no matter how much?) hopefully between us all we should raise a good sum?

As most of you who know me will know, I am partial to the odd pint and a curry. So this could be harder that we think.lol
