Who are Transform:

Transform Housing & Support works to prevent homelessness across Surrey, Sutton and Wokingham by providing accommodation and support services.

The people they help are often extremely vulnerable and may have been marginalised by society. They work alongside clients, giving them one-to-one support to help them address the issues they are facing. They work in close partnership with local authorities and other agencies.

Why run for Transform:

Transform helps give individuals a chance to get back on track.  To have somewhere they can call home and get support where needed. Transform works with people with mental health issues, those in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, ex-offenders and those that are homeless.

I heard about Transform through my girlfriend (as she works for them) and think that it is vital that someone attempts to support those less fortunate than others.
