This is the first half marathon I am running... To be honest, the first long distance run since the days of 'attempting' the school cross country compeitions back in the day! Although a little bigger and heavier - really looking forward to the challenge and try to achieve a sub 2hr time.... here's hoping!

At the same time, this is all in aid of Macmilan Cancer. I've known too many friends diagnosed with cancer and I wanted to be part of the M&S 2015 team to help support the great work they do. To help those affected, by helping them make choices to take back control, so they can start to feel themselves again.
