Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Call me a fool, but on Sunday 1 April I will be undertaking the personal challenge of abseiling 200ft  down the Vermont Hotel in Newcastle all in the name of Charity.  I am raising money for the Percy Hedley Foundation, a totally practical charity focused on offering practical help and excellent support for people across the North East. They help children with a range of disabilities, including cerebral palsy and physical disability, hearing impairment and communication problems.

They provide specialist education for severely disabled children, young people and adults and offer a wide range of social, recreational, sporting and employment activities to develop skills, interest and enjoyment for adults and also a choice of living options.

Over 1000 people are currently enjoying a better lifestyle through their services including: nursery, primary and secondary school education, respite and therapy services, a further education college, adult day services and employment, independent living options and a sports academy.

So please dig deep and donate now.
