I recently had some sad news in the family and it got me thinking I want to do something to try and help.... So I found a local charity mountain bike event called Hamsterley Beast, and I've chosen to ride it for Cancer Research UK.

The Beast will be extremely challenging, 40 miles of harsh climbing, boggy trails, muddy descends and all of it off road. As a keen mountain biker I know that this will be no easy task, and as something I have never done before I really want to push myself to raise money for Cancer Research which is close to my heart.
