My name is Mark a 52 year old veteran of the lifeguards that is now wheelchair dependent after being wounded in service 

Over the past few years I've done a number of challenges and hope to hit my 50th one with the full London marathon in October 

Warming up to that I'm doing the London landmarks half marathon on the 3rd of April in my wheelchair with another visit to the city in May with ride London 60 miles on my handcycle 

While I'm at it I'm trying to raise a few quid for the bridge for heroes so if you could donate a few pence or pounds in these difficult times it would be very much appreciated and all adds up
