This Sunday Alice and I are running the London 10k for the Armed Forces charity, Help For Heroes.  This is the first of several challenges we have promised to do in 2010 to help raise money for Help For Heroes.

 

We both have strong family links to the Armed Forces so Help For Heroes is very special to us both and we would greatly appreciate any donations you can give via our JustGiving page.
