As many of my friends know i have tried to run London Marathon for over 10 years and have been turned down every time.  I decided to enter via a charity but wasn't sure which charity as there as so many worthy causes. I wanted a local charity that supports the local people of Gosport. Harbor Cancer Support is based in Gosport and has helped many people to deal with the devastating effect of cancer, not only the sufferers of cancer but also the friends and family's of cancer sufferers.  I do personally know the devastating effects that cancer has as my Mum died of cancer in 2017 and remember vividly the sadness and the whole that left in my life. We all know someone who is suffering from this disease and who could do with some help and support so please donate whatever you can as it all helps.
