Evening everyone it’s nearly 25 years since I suffered a A brain hemorrhage It's was caused by an artery in the brain bursting and caused localized bleeding in the surrounding tissues. I was lucky to survive because most people are not that fortunate. Starting from Monday I’m going to cycle 50 mile a day for 30 days to help the charity Basics , would love some sponsors if anyone can help out 👍 many thanks mark.
