My wife tricked me in to running this year, I haven’t ran competively for many years and have also put on a considerable amount of weight since my last race and we are talking 20 years and ‘cough’ a few stone.

I am personally involved with Western Beacons Mountain Search And Rescue Team, we have quite a few regular volunteer fundraisers and feel it is about time I put my running shoes where my mouth is.
