The Challenge:

On the 22 June 2019 - to abseil 418 ft (127m) down the Northampton Lift Tower - which is around the height of the London Eye and for those who work at Wellington about the height of 280 Congress!... and I'm scared of heights... and falling... (sweaty palms typing!!).

The Charity:

The Puzzle Centre is a charity that promotes and delivers early intervention for young children with autism or communication difficulties and provides training and outreach to families and practitioners throughout the UK.

Their mission is to provide high quality education and therapy to young children with autism or other communication difficulties; to ensure that families receive expert advice and support and to lead the development of best-practice early intervention.

On a personal level, they have done a great job supporting my friend's daughter and whole family.  This is a fantastic small charity.
