We fund much-needed equipment to improve the lives of disabled children

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm advised by my almost everyone that I'm incapable of an Iron Man (plus I hate swimming), so am undertaking the next best thing - a Tubby Man -  a 3-event challenge including a road cycle event, a 10k run and an off-road duathlon*.

Ok, it might not be on the same day - in fact it's spread over 2 months - but you've got to factor in recovery time and what's on telly.

I'm raising money for ELIFAR, a great charity that funds specialist equipment for disabled children. It would be brilliant if you could sponsor me and use my mid-life crisis as an excuse to donate some money to this fantastic cause.

Thanks. Well done you.

Mark
