On 11th September 2022 I will be taking part in the Ironman Wales Triathlon in Tenby. The event involves swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles and then running 26.2 miles.

In taking part I am hoping to raise money for the Fatboys Childrens Cancer Charity.

Fatboys is a small charity that in the main aims to help children who are suffering from cancer or who have some other life threatening illness. They also make donations to other charities working in similar fields. Every year The Fatboys do their best to help as many children as possible in their time of greatest need. They do this by distributing gifts that can be purchased through these fundraising activities and kind donations.
