I am a local (Sudbury) architect, doing the Prudential Ride London to raise funds for The befriending scheme on Sunday 4th August.

I am a keen cyclist and I have been stepping up my training ready for the 100 mile ride in London. This famous ride has been on my "bucket list " so I was delighted to have been awarded a place courtesy of TBS.

The Befriending Scheme provides friendship and learning
opportunities for vulnerable people, including those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, and other isolated groups. They also provide lots of volunteering opportunities with extra support for those who need it. I am thrilled to be fundraising for such a wonderful organisation.
