Story

Dear friends,

On the 22nd of July I will be running 5 km in the Nottingham Big Fun Run to raise funds for the Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Refugee Forum. It’s an extraordinary charity I’ve been volunteering with for over a year now in the capacity of ESOL teacher and General Adviser. The charity is mostly run by volunteers and relies on donations to provide emotional support, advice for all sorts of daily issues, English classes, legal help and much more.

As most of you know NGO’s and charities need various streams of funding to function and one of them is crowdfunding. This summer instead of giving me birthday presents I would very much appreciate if you used the money to donate to this cause instead – for those that really need it. If each of you donate £1 we can raise £1000 so the goal of £150 is not a fixed one. Please consider donating whatever sum to the cause and together we will help rebuild one life
at a time. Thank you in advance!

Hugs,

Marko
