Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, but this isn't about me or Marky's Apps. 

We're doing this to raise awareness and more importantly money for Caring Matters Now. 

Caring Matters Now is a support group that was only established in 2000 and now offers support to over 240 families of those affected by Congenital Melanocytic Naevus (CMN), which astonishingly could affect 1 in 100 newborn babies. These types of birthmark, can lead to glaucoma, malignant tumors and the most common - problems with the brain and spinal cord.

With the money raised by you, they can offer support to those affected by CMN through more local, regional support contacts, hold more family days where one-to one support is available and also aid research based at Great Ormond Street Hospital into why a particular person develops a CMN.

As you can see, this is a fairly recent discovery affecting a huge number of people and therefore it requires an equally huge effort to raise awareness and money to aid research into the skin condition.
