Somerville Heart Foundation helps young people and adults who were born with a heart condition. We provide information and advice services plus conferences and events to educate, raise awareness and combat isolation. We also support mental health with counselling and workshops.

The selected charity is what our Nan chose for us to donate too rather than have flowers at her funeral, so that donations can go towards supporting this fantastic charity to help others.
