Guys, I will be running the Paris marathon on April 5th for a the Goldenhar charity and hopefully my small bit can raise a few pound but also much needed awareness about this condition. Take a minute to read my little bit below and if you can spare a few pound then that would be awesome. Thanks.

Goldenhar UK is a charity run by families and volunteers who are affected by Goldenhar syndrome. Goldenhar syndrome is a rare congenital condition characterized by abnormal development of the eye, ear, skull, spine and in some cases internal organs. Goldenhar UK was set up to help families come together to learn more about this unusual condition and provide support for eachother.

My nephew Aodhán was recently diagnosed with Goldenhar syndrome at 6 months old. Because there isn't much knowledge of the condition, particularly in Northern Ireland, the Goldenhar UK community has been a huge help for his parents. It has helped them to understand his condition and connect with other families going through a similar journey.
