Despite a diminishing training routine, and the onset of middle age, I will again be attempting to stagger round the streets of Glasgow while desperately trying to look semi professional for the cameras (see gallery for previous failed efforts).

I know that you probably receive many requests for charity donations, but if you are able to spare a couple of pounds for my chosen charity - Breast Cancer Care - I would greatly appreciate it and your donations will make a difference to a fantastic organisation.

And now for the science bit.......Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
