Martin and Sarah are holding a Santa Dash to help raise much needed funds for St John Ambulance.

The idea will be to walk, jog or dash a mile and we would love everyone to take part. We will be holding the mile dash at Willen Lake on Saturday 23rd December, from near the cafe at the finish area of the parkrun at Willen Lake. Everyone participating will receive a fab Santa Dash medal.

Would be great to see people doing it in Santa or Christmas outfits. At 9.50 just before the run at 10.00 we will have a prize for the best outfits.

So how do you get in the dash? Just make a donation to this page for a minimum of £10 and you are in. Easy! 

We know Christmas is a busy time, so either take part in the dash on the 23rd December or send us details of your mile dash and will sort out your medal.

The London Marathon in 2018 is the last chance for Martin to run London before he hits 60 and Sarah before she's 30. What better way to raise some money than with this challenge.
