The Challange
On Friday 5th April............
I Plan to ride the Trans Pennine trail it is approx 215 miles with the heighest climb being 1427ft called Windle Edge,End of May/June is the target date,I hope to complete in three days!! here is a link to the website www.transpenninetrail.org.uk I will be pushing myself hard so this may improve, started the training which has been brutal in the weather we are currently having, there are some pic`s I have uploaded, that show some of my stranger training techniques....the oranges in the eyes is always a good warm up on thesse colder mornings.... I will update the page with training updates, the next big training run is Southport to Warrington planned for approx 2 weeks time, about 40 miles if I dont get lost.
Cancer is a terrible thing and if we can raise a few extra bob,to add to the pot to help with research then one day there may be a cure.
