Story
This November I'll be taking on the 2007 Norwood Challenge in aid of supporting children, adults and families who cope with learning disabilities and social disadvantage. The 600km trek from Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam to Siem Reap in Cambodia will take me throughsome of the most exhilarating landscapes and diverse cultures ofIndochina, a far cry from my typical session on the exercise bike in-front of Coronation St.
Norwood is one of the UK's major children and family service organisations who provide specialist care to the most vulnerable members of the community. The trip is a great way to raise awareness (and money!) of the hardship that so many people face as a result of abuse, addiction, family breakdown, financial hardship, special education and disabilities.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online, I will be grateful for any donation you can make. Your support for this very deserving cause will make all those hours on the exercise bike worthwhile!
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Norwood will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.

6 STITCHES GONE AND 7 WEEKS TO GO
In the last few weeks I have finally been getting down to some serious training. Last Thursday I decided it was time to try out some night riding. All went well until I decided to switch into the bicycle lane in Enfield Road and didnt realise it was raised on a pavement!
Still, the stitches came out last night and I will soon be back in action (motorists beware!).
