Story
Hi there,
I, alongside a group of students and teachers from the Grammar School at Leeds, have been given a truly unique opportunity to visit Malawi later on this year to team up and offer our collective efforts to improve the lives of those who suffer poverty in many walks of life.
We will volunteer at children's orphanages, visit feeding centres, spend time at a children's hospital and even scale 6000' of Mount Mulanje, southern Africa's highest peak. I sincerely hope that the work we do will make a difference to the lives of the children in Malawi who face unsettling adversity.
So, Team Mud for Malawi are currently training up to complete the 'Major Series' on Sunday 15th March in aid of The Zikomo Trust. This is a muddy trail run (most likely, crawl) through muddy bogs, thick woods and wet river crossings!
Please sponsor my team and I to make the future brighter for Malawi's most disadvantaged young people. All funding raised by this will go straight to those in need. Thank-you for taking the time to read about our work!
