Shane Finn is doing an amazing 24 marathons in 24 days, in conjunction with this SBHI are running a what's your 24?? Fundraiser asking people to raise money by doing 24 of something.

I will give up playing Candy Crush and bad language on the 8th June for 24hrs and do the silence starting at Midnight Friday 23rd until Midnight Saturday 24th June.  This also involves no use of phones, texting or emails.  

I'd be delighted with any money you can donate for this organisation which is obviously very close to my heart.

Every little helps a lot.
