This May I'm 'going bananas' to raise funds for Bristol women who experience multiple disadvantage. In February 2020, Harry and Meghan visited Bristol.  Whilst at One25, Meghan wrote inspirational messages to women on bananas. Bananas are part of the bag of food given out to women who visit the Night Outreach van on its nightly trip around the streets of Bristol. One25 is an incredible women's charity which reaches out to some of the city's most marginalised women. I have been involved them for many years now. One25 support them to move from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community. Wherever they are in their journeys, they get love and practical support, without judgment or expectation. Here's an idea of what your donation could achieve:* £35 can stock the outreach van for a week, giving women comfort and safety on a long night.* £10 can pay for the One25 Freephone helpline for a week.* £5 can give a nourishing home-cooked meal at drop-in, as well as a take away food parcel.
