Well the sun shone on us at the British 10k London run and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole event.  I was overtaken by a jolly gingerbread woman and Darth Vader - amongst many thousands of others - but it was all for a good cause, and doing this kind of stuff helps to keep me fit!
