Ramadan Kareem! Darul Ummah Redbridge needs your help during this blessed month to fund valuable activities in your local community. Donate today and encourage others to help our centre - enriching the lives of this Muslim ummah.

Story

Alhamdulillah, through Allah's endless blessings and mercy, I have been given the opportunity to lead salatul taraweeh at Darul Ummah Redbridge this Ramadan for the first time since completing my hifdh last year.

As many of you know, Darul Ummah Redbridge's property was purchased during Summer 2021 for just short of £1m - since then, refurbishment works costing circa £200k have been taking place with the masjid opening just in time for Ramadan 2022.

The majority of the initial project cost of £1.2m was covered through the generous Qard-e-Hasanah (interest free loans) of its donors. A significant portion of these loaned funds is already due for repayment this year.

Darul Ummah Redbridge now requires your support to make it a debt-free and financially stable institution - which will enable the centre to become an exemplary hub for the community (like the other Darul Ummah branches in London) and fulfil its lofty ambitions.

May Allah make our donations towards this centre, and our participation in its activities - a means of Sadaqah Jariyah for us and our families!
