Basil Class's Matchbox Challenge!

Whitehall Park MatchBox Challenge! · 28 October 2020
Every year, the children in Whitehall Park School take on a challenge: to raise money by filling a matchbox with as many items as they can.
Get your friends and family to sponsor you! How many items can you squeeze in to one little box?!
The rules are simple! Every child has a matchbox and this is what you need to do:
1. Squeeze as many different things (only one of each type!) as you can into your matchbox. No disgusting or dangerous items please - keep your nuts, toenails and dead flies at home!
2. Get sponsored – either by item (e.g. "I will sponsor you 20 p per item for every item you fit in") or by the total number of things in your box (e.g. I will sponsor you £10 if you can fit 30 things into your matchbox"). Ask your sponsors to give to this Just Giving page.
3. Count your final number of items and write it on the outside of your matchbox. Write your name and the name of your class.
4. Make sure your matchbox is sealed up so that nothing can fall out. You must be able to close the box!
