I can't offer much but I hope I can pass on my knowledge and experiences of teaching maths to you. It may come as a surprise, but I struggled with maths at school and then all of a sudden the penny clicked and things slot into place. Always believe in your own ability and give the subject time and be patient, do plenty of examples and hopefully maths becomes as rewarding for you as it has for me.

I hope I am not regarded as a geek though. I love playing the sax and being active having run the London Marathon 4 times and completed Oxfams Trailwalker, 64 mile in just over 22 hours.

 

Just like doing maths, I firmly believe you can take on any challenge if you believe in yourself and are willing to put the time in.
