Thank you for taking the time to visit my page :) I started volunteering with Heart n Soul at the end of 2018 and have become really passionate about the work that they do, especially the way they do it and the opportunities for individuals that they provide.

In 2019, Heart n Soul opened a new creative space and art studio for artists and participants to help develop upon their visual art, so the money I raise will support the cost of running this space!

'Heart n Soul means being less isolated, getting stimulated and motivated, getting skills, being together and happy’, Ifeoma, artist and participant Our Taking Part programme leads to people with learning disabilities having more confidence, socially and artistically, and living more independent lives. We run regular free and affordable high quality creative sessions where our participants explore their creativity through music making, visual art, writing, dance, film, fashion, DJing, digital arts and what we do is led by the participants.
