Ello lovely people!

I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon at the end of March for a charity called South London Cares. Any money given will help the most vulnerable older people in London, helping them to live with dignity and stay warm and connected.

I've been involved with this charity for two and a half years now and visit  a 96-year-old man called Frank in my area every week with SLC's amazing "Love Your Neighbour" programme. 

As anyone who knows me will testify, I am not a natural runner. So PLEASE, if you have any spare change, do something good today and give generously to this wonderful cause.
