Forgive the slightly light hearted summary section. It's only a bit true....!

Gradian Systems have entered what might loosely be described as a team of runners in The Great South Run. We're raising money for an excellent cause in the shape of Kidney Research Uk.  Please take a minute to look them up as they're doing excellent work in treatment and reseach in aid of a much overlooked cause.

So, down to the nitty gritty.  Those that know me will understand I'm not famous for my overly graceful running style, but I'm hoping my myriad of failing joints will carry me round the 10 mile course in and around Portsmouth on October 28th in something of a resonable time.  Failing that just round the course....

If you're able to, I'd be grateful of a donation.  If not for Kidney Research then do it because it's funny to see me running!  So you know I'm taking it seriously I've added a picture of me doing my core strength work last week....
