21 Mile Walk for Ovarian Cancer Action · 19 October 2014

We are the UK’s leading ovarian cancer research charity. In the UK only 1 in 3 women live more than 10 years after diagnosis. We are working to better prevent, treat and detect ovarian cancer, so that by 2032 at least half of women with ovarian cancer live for 10 years.

Story

  • Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday, October 19th, 2014, a group of people are walking 21 miles from Mount Vernon Hospital to Maidenhead to raise awareness and money for Ovarian Cancer Action.

A friend of ours has done and is doing this very same journey on many occasions receiving treatment for and resulting from ovarian cancer. If you could donate anything, no matter how small, it will be greatly appreciated and will offer much needed support to her and her family.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
