On Saturday 14th June, I'll be attempting the UK Coast to Coast Cycle, from St Bees to Scarborough, in one day.  This is a total of 160 miles with climbing equivalent to the height of three Ben Nevis's.

Four weeks later on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July, I'll be attempting the Yorkshire Wolds Way Cycle Challenge.  A two day ride covering a total distance of 150 miles.

Finally, on Sunday 10th August my challenge to Paris will begin.  A six day ride totalling 450 miles beginning in Scarborough to Hull Ferry Port and continuing from Rotterdam through The Netherlands, Belgium and on to the French capital, Paris.

All three challenges total 760 miles and I'm sure there'll be many up's and down's along the way - literally and emotionally!  But I'm doing it all to try and raise essential sponsorship for St Catherine's Hospice who provide amazing care and support for patients and families in the Scarborough area.  The Hospice relies entirely on donations and couldn't operate without your support.

I would really appreciate it if you were able to offer a donation, no matter how small.  All donations will be a real motivator for me throughout each of these challenges.

Thank you, Matt.
