On the 2nd August I will be taking part in the Big Ride for Palestine (www.thebigride4palestine.com). I haven't done the ride before but I will do it on my own as will many others across the world to raise awareness of the plight of the Palestinian people who are facing huge injustice and are in desperate position mainly because of the policies and actions of the Israeli government. 

I will be also raising money for The Middle East Children’s Alliance is a nonprofit organization working for the rights and the well-being of children in the Middle East. MECA supports dozens of community projects for Palestinian children and refugees from Syria. Since 1988 we have delivered $25 million in food and medical aid to Palestine, Iraq, and Lebanon. MECA welcomes the support of all people who care about children and their future.
