My name is Matthew. I am 28 years old and I have Cerebal Palsy which affects all my four limbs. However it doesn't stop me from doing day to day activities. I live in a residential home called Rela Goldhill Lodge for people with physical disabilities and sensory impairments. I will be doing a sponsored walk on my frame through Golders Green .
