As you may know, every once in a while I like to take up a bit of a ridiculous challenge and raise some money for charity. Last year I completed the London Triathlon, and this September I'll be taking part in the "Utterly Buttermere" open water swim. This is a 10km (6.21 miles) open water swim around Lake Buttermere in the Lake District, something which has been described as the "toughest long distance swim in the country". This will undoubtedly be the toughest thing I've ever done, and would really appreciate any donation big, or small to the charity I'm doing it in aid of, Cancer Research UK.
