So call it a mid life crisis if you like (because it probably is) but I've signed up to take part in a charity boxing even on March 17th 2018.

I'm unfit, never boxed before (ever) and certainly could be considered "past my prime" *BUT* its for charity so let's do it !!

Please help me reach - and smash - my target total as whilst you are on the internet in your comfy chair and nice and warm I'll probably be hurting myself with exercise - go on, drop me a coupla quid !
