The challenge

I will be running the length of Hadrian's Wall as a participant  in the Wall Run Ultra on the 22nd of June 2013. This is one of the U.K.s biggest ultra running events, starting out in Carlisle and following the route of the wall itself before finishing at Newcastle Quayside, a distance of 69 miles (111 kilometers)

 The Cause

The reason for all this is to raise money and awareness for the polycystic kidney disease charity. (PKD)
