My dad and my uncle both had breathing difficulties and COPD. Seeing the difficulties they had and others have with breathing is very distressing. I have lost both my dad and uncle and I want to create awareness of the benefits exercise has on the body and your breathing as well as raising some money at the same time for the British Lung Foundation to help others and their loved ones.
