On Sunday 4th October 2009 I will be taking on the challenge of a triathlon in support of Hope and Homes for Children.

 

This year I am determined to get fit for the challenge (including the challenge of giving up smoking) and raise much needed funds for Hope and Homes for Children, a charity that is making a real difference to the lives of orphaned and abandoned children across Central and Eastern Europe and . The triathlon will be no easy feat, a 400m swim followed by a 20km cycle and a 5km run, and I am assured no smoking breaks !

I have pledged to raise £500 towards their work and would like to ask you for your support. It would be really great if you were able to sponsor me.

Please send donations (cheques) payable to the St. James's Place Foundation and send them to me at the address below or give them to me so that I may thank you personally. By raising money through the St. James's Place Foundation it will mean all donations will be matched before they are sent on to Hope and Homes for Children.
