Story

Stokenchurch Dog Rescue attempts to find suitable and loving homes for all the dogs in our care. We rely solely on the kindness of our members, volunteers and doners to continually provide the care needed and find new welcoming homes for those dogs.

About the charity

Stokenchurch dog rescue was originally formed by local residents in 1963 to save the lives of stray and unwanted dogs. We never destroy a healthy dog, believing that somewhere there is a kind and permanent home for every dog. We also take in and care for the sick, the old and the traumatised.
