Story

The Covid-19 pandemic has once again brought mental health into the spotlight. I know many people who suffer or have suffered from depression and am delighted to be able to form a relay team with my daughter Hannah and participate with her in the Cotswolds Half Ironman to raise funds for the Beer harris Memorial Trust and the work they do to support projects for people with severe mental health problems.

Competing with Elizabeth and Hannah as a team and tackling something we could not do as individuals is a good reminder that we all need the support of the people around us for good mental health.
