Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Longest Day, most people will play 72 holes of golf in 24 hours, I will be hitting 300 drives (the same amount of shots to complete 72 holes) at The Winchester Golf Academy, this is going to be a real challenge as I am only 6 years old!

So if you can donate that would be amazing, if you want to cheer me on please come to the Winchester Golf Academy on Saturday June 24th, I will hit my first ball at 9am!

Here's what my Mummy has to say!

My little Maya has decided to take on #thelongestday #golf challenge in #support of #Macmillan Nurses whom looked after Her grand-dad Charlie during His last days..

She's learnt what #cancer is and how it touches the lives of everyone involved. She now knows Her "Anane" Umran grandmother has fought and beaten cancer a couple of years ago. Her favorite teacher Jacqui Joslin has had to take a break from school to fight her own battle. Maya misses her so much and is looking forward to seeing Her at school again soon.

Her challenge is on June the 24th at #WinchesterGolfAcademy with the support from Gary Booth , Emma Booth and their team. She's going to hit 300 drives which is the equivalent number of shots in 72 holes of golf.

Why not pop along and cheer Maya on during the day...?
